Accessibility and Availability
Neighborhood
The Lincoln Park neighborhood is personally my favorite neighborhood in all of Denver. It is one of Denver's oldest neighborhoods full of incredibly beautiful and unique historic homes and walkable to the arts district, bars, restaurants, coffee shops, supermarkets, and all of the downtown attractions. It is a historically Latino working-class neighborhood and one of the few places I've lived where I know all of my neighbors and the owners of most of the neighborhood shops and businesses. It has even won National Awards! (Top 10 Great Neighorhoods in the Nation by the American Planning Association). What suprises some guests is the amount of diversity here. There is an affordable housing complex on one corner and new luxury condos on the other corner, and this property is right in the middle. It is a dense urban environment where you can expect to see lots of diversity and with great access to all of the amazing attractions that Denver has to offer!

Uber/ Lyft - Around 5 minutes to Union Station (downtown) or 40 minutes to Denver International Airport. Scooters - You can download the Lime, Lyft, Bird, or Spin app to find and rent scooters. The Lime app also has bicycles for rent. Light Rail - The closest light rail station is called Colfax at Auraria. From the house, turn right onto Lipan and walk 1.5 blocks on the other side of Colfax at Auraria Campus. This is a beautiful campus with green space and historic buildings if you'd like a nice place nearby to take a walk as well. Walking - The Santa Fe Art District is a great area for pedestrians. There are many galleries, locally owned restaurants and shops, coffee shops, bars, and more. Or if to explore downtown Denver, you can check out the 16th Street Mall, a pedestrian only area with restaurants, bars, shops, theater, and more in the heart of downtown Denver.
